I know many people who have recently purchased new iPods, and while iPod is a great mp3 player, now is not the best time to purchase one. Every year since 2002, Apple has introduced a new iPod in the fall, and the new model's price may replace the older iPod(like the video). Also, the older iPods will go down in price. Apple doesn't advertise it, but if you ask then they well sell you a refurbished older iPod for quite cheap, and the refurbs look brand new.
